Celebration of Life services for Mary F. Brimm, 95, of Urbana, will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at Heath and Vaughn Funeral Home, 201 N. Elm, Champaign.

The Rev. Gary Gritton will officiate. Burial will be at Prairieview Cemetery, Savoy.

Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brimm died at 5:25 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2008, at Champaign County Nursing Home, Urbana.

Mrs. Brimm was born October 16, 1913, at Newton, Illinois, a daughter of William and Bessie Louise (Jones) McClure. She married Karl William Brimm on June 8, 1935, at Decatur, Illinois. He preceded her in death on May 17, 2001.

Surviving are one son, Gary Brimm, of Cheyenne, Wyoming; two daughters, Nancy Bowles, of Urbana, and Connie Jo Neeley, of New River Arizona; two sisters, Elizabeth Tippett, and Maybelle Thompson, both of Decatur, Illiois; eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was prceded in death by three sisters.

Mrs. Brimm was a member of First United Methodist Church of Champaign. She enjoyed playing bingo and cooking.
