Celebration of Life Services for Marilyn Kay Hardin, 64, of Mahomet, will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 19, 2008, at Heath and Vaughn Funeral Home, 201 N. Elm, Champaign. The Rev. Deborah Owen will officiate.

Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hardin died at 7 a.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

She was born August 8, 1944, in Urbana, the daughter of Charles E. and Geneva (Hill) Horn.

Mrs. Hardin is survived by two sons, Rick Hardin and wife, Jeania Hardin, of Seymour, and Steve Hardin, of Mahomet; one brother, Mike Horn, of Theodosia, Missouri; and two grandchildren, Cody and Chance Hardin.

She was preceded in death by her father, and grandmothers, Mary Hill and Emily Horn.

Mrs. Hardin was a graduate of Champaign Central High School. She was employed as a home caregiver with Diversified Health. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
