- Your message to the family
- Your name
- Your phone number (for verification if necessary)
- Your mailing address (for verification if necessary)
- Your email address (for verification if necessary)
- Please include the word Condolence in the Subject Line
Your condolence will be published on the Heath & Vaughn Funeral Home website (www.heathandvaughn.com) and then printed and presented to the family.
