Mary N. Seaton
Celebration of Life services for Mary N. Seaton, 92, of Savoy, will be at 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Heath and Vaughn Funeral Home, 201 N. Elm,  Champaign.
Pastor Gary Gritton will officiate.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at a later date.
Mrs. Seaton passed away at 2:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at Carle Hospital, Urbana.
She was born Feb. 22, 1919, in Champaign, the daughter of Joseph C. and Hazel (Noble) Dixon. She married Jack Seaton in July 1951. He preceded her in death in December 2003.
Also preceding her in death were her parents, a son, Rodney Henderson, and a brother, Robert Dixon.
Mrs. Seaton is survived by a son, Louis R. (Mina) Seaton, of Philo; and two grandsons, William R. Seaton, also of Philo, and Timothy S. (Lauren) Seaton, of St. Joseph.
Mrs. Seaton was employed for 34 years as a school crossing guard for the City of Champaign, retiring in 1998. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Urbana.
